By garment type
Denim & heavy woven
The XC60 contour cutter handles stacked denim in one pass; the X6 lays thick, accurate stacks so the cutter never waits. This is the common setup in Pakistan and Egypt lines.
Knit & elastic
X6 servo tension control lays knit without stretch or curl — the failure mode of manual knit laying. Pair it with the XC60 for shaped panels and consistent edges.
Home textile
Bedding and terry runs are wide and repetitive; CAD nesting on the XC60 cuts fabric use and keeps edges square across long lays.
Sampling & small-batch
For low-volume or multi-style work, a single X6 + XC60 starts small and scales to 1-to-4 as orders grow — no need to re-buy the cutter when volume rises.
