JUBMW Factory & Manufacturing

JUBMW Factory & Manufacturing

A direct garment-automation manufacturer — not a trading company.

Since 2012 — 2,000+ garment-factory customers served, the large majority in China, with JUBMW machines now running in six export markets including Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Egypt and Albania.

Built in Weifang, China

JUBMW designs and assembles its spreading and cutting machines in Weifang, Shandong. Every X6 spreader and XC60 cutter goes through in-house assembly and a test run before shipment — so what you receive is a machine we built, not one we sourced and relabelled.

What happens before your machine ships

  • Mechanical and servo assembly on the production line
  • Trial cutting / spreading run and accuracy check
  • Export packing and documentation
  • On-site installation, operator training and spare-parts kit

Our Cases page shows JUBMW lines running in customer factories — including trial runs and factory visits in Pakistan, Egypt and Albania. A factory video is also on the site.

Frequently asked

Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

A manufacturer. We design and assemble the machines in our own plant and install them at customer sites.

Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. Each order includes on-site (or remote-guided) installation, operator training and a spare-parts kit.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our Weifang plant — contact us to arrange a date.

Inside the Weifang plant

JUBMW’s spreading and cutting machines are designed and assembled in our own Weifang plant — not sourced and relabelled. The X6 spreader line and the XC60 cutter line run through dedicated assembly bays where the servo drives, frames and control PCs are fitted and wired before any test run.

What we check before your machine ships

  • Spreader alignment and edge-to-edge lay accuracy on sample fabric
  • XC60 cutting accuracy test (±0.1 mm) on the actual bed height you ordered
  • Servo calibration and no-load run on every axis (X / Y / Z / U)
  • Vacuum hold-down test at the 7 / 9 / 11 cm setting you specified
  • Control-PC nesting import and a full trial cut of your pattern

A 5-point checklist when visiting any machine maker

If you visit a plant before buying, these separate a real manufacturer from a reseller:

  • Do they assemble the servo drives in-house, or only bolt on bought modules?
  • Can they run a trial cut on your fabric, not a demo scrap?
  • Is there a test bay with the real X6 / XC60, not just photos?
  • Who services the machine after warranty — a local team or factory-only?
  • Are spare parts stocked and named, with lead times they will state?
