What does JUBMW manufacture?
We are Weifang Liangju Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (brand: JUBMW / Liangju), a manufacturer of fabric spreading and cutting machines for garment factories. Our lineup covers five machines: the X6 automatic spreading machine, XC60 CNC contour cutting machine, LU automatic fabric loading machine, LS automatic fabric loosening machine, and a heat-transfer printing machine. Since 2012 we have served 2,000+ customers in six export markets.
Automatic vs manual fabric spreading — what’s the difference?
Manual spreading relies on workers laying fabric by hand — slow, uneven tension, and easy to misalign on long layers. The X6 automatic spreader lays fabric by a computer-controlled servo drive: even tension, accurate layer count, and up to 80% less labor than manual spreading. It pays off in batch production; manual is only worth it for very small sampling runs.
Can the X6 spreader and XC60 cutter run as one line?
Yes. The standard in-line line is 1 spreader + 1 cutter (1+1). It scales up to 1-to-2, 1-to-3 or 1-to-4 — multiple X6 spreaders feeding one XC60 cutter — planned to fit your workshop layout and daily output.

Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Egypt and Albania — six core export markets — plus projects across China. We provide English & Chinese support for every market.
What is the X6 maximum roll capacity?
Max roll diameter 500 mm, max roll weight 150 kg, laying speed up to 100 m/min. Driven by four Housine (欧信) servo motors (Fuji or other brands supplied per customer requirement).
Do you provide installation & training?
Yes. Every machine ships with factory commissioning, remote or on-site training for your operators, and quick spare-parts supply. English-speaking support is included from day one.
