X6 + XC60 In-line Spreading & Cutting Line

What an in-line spreading & cutting line is

An in-line line connects the X6 automatic fabric spreading machine and the XC60 CNC cutting machine into one continuous flow: the spreader lays even, tension-free plies, then the cutter cuts by computer control in a single pass — no manual carry of fabric between stations, no waiting. One operator can supervise the whole cell.

Standard configuration: 1 spreader + 1 cutter

Most workshops start here. The X6 (max roll 500 mm, 150 kg, up to 100 m/min, four Housine servo motors) feeds layered fabric to one XC60 contour cutter (Housine servo platform; Fuji + Housine + DongWei combination available per request). This already removes the two slowest manual steps — laying and cutting — from the floor.

Scale to 1-to-2, 1-to-3, 1-to-4

When one cutter cannot keep up with spreading, add spreaders so several X6 units feed a single XC60: 1-to-2, 1-to-3 or 1-to-4. The cutter is never starved of material, and you avoid buying a second cutter you do not need. We size the ratio from your daily output and lay height.

Why run spreader and cutter as one line

  • One continuous flow — no manual fabric carry between stations
  • Tight, repeatable tolerances batch after batch, less fabric waste
  • Fewer operators per table; easier to plan and track output
  • Add spreaders before a second cutter when scaling — lower cost per meter cut

FAQ

Can I start with just one machine?

Yes. Many customers start with one X6 or one XC60 and add the second later; the line is designed to connect when you are ready.

When should I add a second spreader instead of a second cutter?

When the cutter waits for material. Adding spreaders (1-to-2 / 1-to-3 / 1-to-4) keeps one cutter fed and is cheaper than a second cutter.

What floor space does the line need?

It depends on spreader count and lay length. Send us your layout and we return a footprint drawing.

What training is included?

Factory commissioning plus remote or on-site training for your operators and maintenance staff, with spare parts available afterward.
