Overview
The XC60 is JUBMW’s CNC cutting machine with computerized contour cutting — it follows complex CAD patterns and curves, not just straight cuts like a traditional oscillating-knife machine. Built on a Housine servo platform with ±0.1 mm accuracy, the XC60 turns spread layers from the X6 into finished parts with clean edges and minimal fabric waste. It is the cutting half of JUBMW’s in-line spreading & cutting line.
How it works
Pattern data is laid out in CAD and loaded to the cutter’s onboard computer. Cutting is driven by a four-axis (X-Y-Z-U) servo control system:
- X axis — two 750 W servo motors drive the head in the X direction
- Y axis — one 600 W servo motor drives longitudinal travel
- Z axis — a 100 W motor controls the knife-disc rotation direction
- U axis — a 1.2 kW servo motor drives the blade through the fabric
Once the 30 kW vacuum motor clamps the fabric stack flat, the operator runs the job from the computer and the head cuts the whole pattern in a single pass. Layer count is unlimited as long as the vacuum-clamped height stays within the cutter’s capacity — 7 cm, 9 cm or 11 cm depending on the model.
Motor configuration
The XC60 is built on a Housine servo platform. A standard machine carries Housine servo motors; per customer request we also supply a Fuji + Housine + DongWei combination. The moving bed (conveyor) is driven by 3×400 W DongWei motors, each on a dedicated task: shifting the cutter from one line to another, aligning the bed, and aligning the vacuum-suction pipes. A separate 30 kW motor powers the vacuum system that clamps the fabric stack.
Applications
- Apparel & garment cutting — trousers, shirts, sportswear
- Upholstery and home-textile contour cutting
- Complex shapes that straight-knife machines cannot follow
- In-line with the X6 spreader for automated cutting rooms

FAQ
Is the XC60 a straight-knife cutter?
No. It is a computerized contour cutting machine (CNC) that follows complex CAD patterns, not a traditional vibrating straight knife.
How many layers can it cut at once?
Layer count is not limited by number — only by the vacuum-clamped height. After the 30 kW vacuum motor clamps the stack flat, the head cuts the whole pile in one pass. Capacity is 7 cm, 9 cm or 11 cm depending on the model.
